Our products are dietary supplements — not medicines. They don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you confirm:

• You have consulted a doctor if you have any pre-existing medical condition
• You understand results vary based on individual physiology, training, and diet
• You will use products as directed — not beyond recommended dosage

Orders are subject to availability. We may cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. AlphaStack™ does not store any payment credentials.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders of ₹1,500 or above. A non-refundable ₹100 COD handling fee applies. A refundable advance payment of ₹300 (via Razorpay) is required at the time of ordering to confirm COD orders. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon delivery. If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, the ₹300 advance is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location and courier partner (Delhivery / DTDC)
• Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp once dispatched
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier
• AlphaStack™ is not liable for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or incorrect address provided by the customer
• We currently ship within India only
